Notable Engagements

The founding principals are veterans of notable engagements for well-known companies. Now they are pooling their talents and the results of their latest research to offer a unique combination of resources. Two examples of their work include:

Consumer Packaged Goods
A well-known snack company was faced with daunting competition. Their competitor had everything; national distribution, excellent merchandising, a well-respected brand, top quality product, and vast financial resources. Through a combination of systematic cause and effect mapping, followed up by training their sales force of 10,000 individuals to capitalize on the resulting procedures in a highly disciplined and unified fashion, this company drove the competing brand entirely out of the market.

Durable Goods
A household name in electrical goods had an expensive mystery on their hands: why were key regions under performing?  Was it the people?  Something about the region? Factors pertaining to customer types? Random variation? By using a combination of cutting edge data analysis alogrithms, the firm discovered that genuine cases were present, ruling out the likelihood that a simple case of "bad luck" was at work. By engaging their top experts in mapping the most likely business factors involved, the source of the problem was discovered: a policy being followed for pricing their service contracts. Once discovered, the policy was changed, with the result that sales increased by 50% to nearly $500 million in one year.
