Cost Benefit Analysis & ROI Justification For Sales Automation
"What are we
getting for our money?" is a question often asked by executives
reviewing the typical capital appropriations request for sales
automation. Cost Benefit Analysis and ROI Justification for Sales
Automation helps participants understand how to evaluate costs and
benefits for their sales automation efforts, and how to prepare a cost
justification for management review and approval. Better still, the
course teaches a way to use cost-benefit data to guide any sales
automation effort beyond its initial funding stages, through
implementation, as a foundation for ongoing sales process improvement.
Participants learn how to work through the major calculations involved
at each level of the process and critique the typical project
justification. Two models of projects that were actually approved are
also provided. One- and two-day versions of this course are available.
