  How to Measure & Evaluate Sales Process Improvement

If sales process improvement efforts aren't evaluated, how do you know what to repeat?  It makes sense to know what's working before you teach it to others.  This accelerated, one-day workshop presents an overview of major sales process measurement and evaluation approaches recommended by top experts in the process engineering field, and drawn from classic sales and marketing literature.  Through a series of hands-on exercises, experiments, and simulations, participants discover what to measure in their sales process and how to measure it.  Participants will also learn statistically sound methods for charting and evaluating sales process-related data and how to compare sales process improvement alternatives for their company.
