major sales process measurement and evaluation approaches recommended by
top experts in the process engineering field, and drawn from classic
sales and marketing literature. Through a series of hands-on exercises,
experiments, and simulations, participants discover what to measure in
their sales process and how to measure it. Participants will also learn
statistically sound methods for charting and evaluating sales
process-related data and how to compare sales process improvement
alternatives for their company.
