Sales and Marketing Process (Four Days)
Improving the Sales and
Marketing Process is a hands-on workshop designed to improve your
company's selling process, leading to increased top line revenues and
decreased cost. The program is structured so that participants surface
real life opportunities for improvement and continue their efforts back
on the job.
In Days One and Two participants learn the principles as they engage in
a fast-paced simulation in a hypothetical company. The format
intersperses short fact-filled presentations with involvement in the
simulation. In Days Three and Four participants work through the pattern
they just learned, with a key difference: this time they apply all the
lessons learned to their own situation. Opportunities to improve are
surfaced, processes mapped, and solutions set up for testing back on the
job.
All in all, the program provides a great way to instill or revitalize
the spirit of continuous improvement, surface concrete opportunities to
improve, and structure a plan for increasing sales and reducing expenses
at the same time.
