Training and
Implementation Plan Development For Sales Automation
When sales
automation efforts fail, they often do so because of trouble from an
unexpected quarter: training and support. The objective of Training
and Implementation Plan Development for Sales Automation is to learn
how to build an effective customized sales automation training and
implementation plan. This workshop helps participants generate their own
plans on the spot as they learn the importance and the benefits of
effective support. Examples of successful needs analysis approaches,
support resources, and support plans are also reviewed. Plans developed
during the course are shared and critiqued by other participants. This
course is offered in a handy one-day format.
